We requested a crib for our toddler and KT went out of his way to accommodate. Thank you!
One thing to mention is they really watch their quiet time, 10pm-8am. And also, the road near by, it’s not visible but you can definitely hear it.

The swimming pool deck by the ocean had a bit of disrepair, and no shallow end. Would have been nice if we could have floats to sunbath.

The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Air conditioning was really good as well. There were lists of restaurants and excursions that we took advantage of!

The main road is next to the house but that doesn‘t really bother unless the dumbasses keep on making road races in the middle of the night.

Pros:
1. There’s an air conditioner in every room, which was a must for us. They work great!
2. There were a lot... read more of extra towels & a lot of beach gear that we used.
3. The owner is very attentive. One of the air conditioners wasn’t working and he had someone fix it the very next day. 5 out of 5 for attentiveness & acts quickly. We ordered a baby crib & he took the initiative to call the company and gave them the instructions to enter the community/airbnb so it was set up by the time we arrived.
4. The community area is absolutely beautiful! The ocean is so close. Not a beach to go in but it’s nice to see & put your feet in. There’s a couple of pools & one is right by the ocean so it’s a beautiful place to relax & watch the sunset. There’s a common area where there are board games and tables to relax & have some fun if you’re into that too.
5. Kitchen appliances were great. They had a waffle maker, panini press, lots of pots & pans.
6. Loved the chickens and roosters that roam the area.
The cons:
1. There were a few roaches. Kind of a bummer for a vaca spot especially for the price.
2. Hawaii hotel taxes are not included in the airbnb price. There’s also a resort fee which is $10/night & a refundable security deposit. He’s transparent about it in the house rules. It said the taxes are due at booking so I assumed it was included in the airbnb price, come to find out, it’s not. Hawaii hotel taxes are 17.42% which adds up quickly. That has to be sent to the owner separate from the airbnb price.

Can be good or bad:
1. They have quiet hours that they’re really strict about so if you like to stay up and play loud music this isn’t the place for you. It was nice for us because we had an infant so we didn’t have a problem with that rule.

We stayed here... read more as part of a work trip and were very pleased with everything. The unit has lots of extra, unexpected amenities as well, such as a printer. Walking distance to the beach.

  The place was very neat and was well stocked. It was close to lots of great things, and has an awesome griddle our back. It's right on the highway... read more though so the noise is really loud, and the property people are big into quiet hours. We were preemptively warned not to be too loud our first morning there, even though there were signs everywhere and we were not being loud, we were doing the Wordle. It was a little off-putting. We also got stared down a lot by property management, which was odd. Our other main complaint is the photos and description don't really accurately depict the place. Two of the beds are in the living room, two are upstairs in their own bedrooms. One of the LR beds can be sectioned off, but the privacy screen isn't very private. You have to rearrange the (heavy) furniture to make use of the other Murphy bed. Beds were comfortable though. This wouldn't have been an issue if we had known about it ahead of time. Also, the layout should be reconfigured to help with the space and bed issue.

  It was a great spot in a very convenient location close to a nice beach access and a very popular dining and shopping area, off Front Street in downtown Lahaina

  Loved this place! Location was excellent, and the condo was great. They even had coolers, beach toys, and chairs to use! The only issues would be that there really weren't... read more enough linens/beach towels for 8 people, and the 3rd bedroom was really just screened off by flimsy curtains rather than heavier screens. But it was very comfortable and the owners were AWESOME with the communication when we had an issue (just needed another blanket, which they had delivered the same day). I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time so many amenities host provided so many items to use if needed for your beach adventures . Host was friendly and available if needed. Place was more than we expected. We had an amazing time everything was close by restaurants beaches and shopping. Perfect place to stay for our family of 8.
